AFC North Notes: Bengals, Browns, Ravens, Steelers

Bengals

• The Cincinnati Bengals officially ruled out LB Vontaze Burfict (concussion) and CB Tony McRae (hamstring) for Week 17.
• Bengals placed WR Tyler Boyd, CB Dre Kirkpatrick and LB Jordan Evans on injured reserve. (NFLTR)
• Bengals promoted RB Quinton Flowers, OT Kent Perkins, and WR Hunter Sharp to their active roster.

Browns

• The Cleveland Browns officially ruled out CB Denzel Ward (concussion) and list C J.C. Tretter (ankle) as questionable for Week 17.
• Browns placed LB Tanner Vallejo on injured reserve. (NFLTR)
• Browns promoted WR Blake Jackson to their active roster.

Ravens

• The Baltimore Ravens officially list WR John Brown (hamstring), LB Anthony Levine (toe, ankle), G Alex Lewis (shoulder), LB Terrell Suggs (hamstring), and CB Tavon Young (groin) as questionable for Week 17.

Steelers

• Steelers HC Mike Tomlin said Friday that WR Antonio Brown is “undergoing tests” on his injured knee after experiencing some discomfort. Even so, Tomlin left the door open for Brown to play in Week 17’s game. (Jeremy Fowler)
• Tomlin said K Chris Boswell, who was placed on injured reserve Friday, felt discomfort during the Saints game and they thought it was necessary to make a move. (Ray Fittipaldo)
• The Pittsburgh Steelers officially list LB Vince Williams (toe) as doubtful for Week 17 and have WR Antonio Brown (not injury related, knee), RB James Conner (ankle), and S Sean Davis (quadricep) all down as questionable.
• Steelers placed K Chris Boswell on injured reserve. (NFLTR)
• Steelers signed K Matt McCrane.
