According to Ian Rapoport, the Giants are hosting Alabama DT Quinnen Williams for a visit Wednesday.
Rapoport adds Williams has met with most of the teams picking in the top ten and all of the teams picking in the top five.
Giants GM Dave Gettleman is a known lover of defensive linemen, so it would be a dream scenario for New York if Williams fell to No. 6.
Williams, 6-4, 289 lb, is widely considered to be one of the top prospects in the country and a likely top-5 overall pick in this year’s draft.
During his college career at Alabama, Williams recorded 91 tackles, 26 tackles for a loss, 10 sacks, and a pass defense over the course of two seasons and 24 games.
