Bears Re-Signing CB Sherrick McManis To Two-Year Deal

Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports that the Bears have reached an agreement with CB Sherrick McManis on a two-year contract.

McManis, 30, is a former fifth-round pick of the Texans back in 2010. He spent just two years Houston before he was traded to the Bears for Tyler Clutts.

The Bears signed McManis to a two-year, $2.85 million deal in 2016. He was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2017, McManis appeared in 13 games for the Bears and recorded 13 tackles, one number recovery and no interceptions or pass defenses.
