Ross, 23, is a former first-round pick of the Bengals back in 2017. He’s entering the third year of his four-year contract worth $17,115,864 and included a signing bonus of $10,587,900 and stands to make base salaries of $2,020,988 and $2,798,982 over the final two years.
The contract also has a fifth-year option for the Bengals to pick up in 2020.
In 2019, Ross has appeared in four games for the Bengals and caught 16 passes for 328 yards receiving and three touchdowns.
Willis, 22, wound up going undrafted out of Troy back in April. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Bengals and managed to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason.
However, the Bengals elected to waive Willis before bringing him back to the practice squad. Willis has bounced between the practice squad and the active roster so far this season.
In 2019, Willis appeared in 10 games for the Bengals and caught nine passes for 82 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
