- Bengals signed 10 undrafted free agents. (NFLTR)
Perine, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Redskins back in 2017. He was in the third year of his four-year, $3.05 million rookie contract with the Redskins waived him coming out of the preseason last year.
The Bengals later claimed Perine off of waivers before waiving him in October and later re-signing him to their practice squad. From there, the Dolphins added him to their active roster in December.
In 2019, Perine appeared in seven games for the Bengals and Dolphins and rushed for 16 yards on five carries (2.3 YPC) and no touchdowns or receptions.
