Westerman, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bengals back in 2016. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.57 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $720,000 for the 2019 season.

Westerman briefly left the Bengals this summer after mulling retirement

In 2018, Westerman appeared in 14 games for the Bengals, but did not start in any of the contests.

Lippett, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2015. He was entering the final year of his four-year, $2,494,764 contract and was set to earn a base salary of $705,000 this season when the Dolphins released him coming out of the preseason last year.

Lippett landed on the Dolphins’ injured reserve in 2017 due to a torn Achilles’ tendon and missed the entire season. The Giants later signed him to a contract in October of 2018.

Lippett was waived by the Giants during camp in 2019 after re-signing in New York earlier this offseason. He caught on briefly with the Bengals before being waived in final roster cuts.

In 2018, Lippett appeared in three games for the Giants and recorded one tackle and a pass defense.
