Bengals Place DT Niles Scott On Injured Reserve

The Bengals announced Thursday they’ve placed DT Niles Scott on injured reserve with a foot injury.

Scott, 23, signed as an undrafted free agent out of Frostburg State with the 49ers in 2018. San Francisco waived Scott coming out of the preseason before later signing him briefly to the practice squad. 

Scott signed to the Broncos practice squad and bounced on and off until November when the Bengals signed him to their active roster. 

In 2018, Scott appeared in six games for the Bengals and recorded four total tackles.
