The Cincinnati Bengals announced Friday that they’ve placed TE Tyler Kroft on injured reserve and promoted LB Brandon Bell to their active roster.
Kroft, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals bcak in 2015. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2,971,276 contract and set to make a base salary of $720,000 for the 2018 season.
Kroft will be an unrestricted free agent in 2019.
In 2018, Kroft has appeared in five games and caught four passes for 36 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
