The Bengals announced they have placed WR Auden Tate and OL B.J. Finney on the COVID-19 list, per Ben Baby.
Cincinnati also reinstated CB Winston Rose to the practice squad from the COVID-19 list according to Jay Morrison.
Tate, 23, is a former seventh-round pick of the Bengals out of Florida State back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2,529,072 contract with Cincinnati.
In 2020, Tate has appeared in eight games for the Bengals and caught 14 passes for 150 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
Finney, 29, wound up signing on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas State back in 2015. He was waived at the start of the 2015 season and later signed to the Steelers’ practice squad.
Pittsburgh brought Finney back on an exclusive rights contract in 2018 and re-signed him to a second-round restricted tender in 2019. He signed with the Seahawks on a two-year, $8 million deal in 2020 but was traded midseason to the Bengals.
In 2020, Finney has appeared in six games for the Seahawks and one game for the Bengals, making no starts.
