The Bengals have signed rookie free agent CB Victor Hampton to a contract on Tuesday, according to his agent Angelo Wright.
- Jordan Raanan of NJ.com reported earlier in the day that Hampton was set to workout for the Giants later this week.
Hampton wound up going undrafted, which could have had something to do with an April arrest for his involvement in nightclub fight. He troubles date back to his time in high school as he was kicked off of three diffferent teams.
At South Carolina, he totaled 105 tackles, one sack, five interceptions, and a forced fumble over the course of three years.
