The Cincinnati Bengals have officially signed first-round QB Joe Burrow to his rookie contract, according to Ian Rapoport.
This leaves just second-round WR Tee Higgins for the Bengals to sign:

Burrow, 23, was a two-year starter at LSU after transferring from Ohio State and won the Heisman Trophy in 2019. The Bengals used the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft on him.
Burrow is projected to sign a four-year, $36,190,137 rookie contract that includes a $23,880,100 signing bonus. The contract includes a fifth-year for the Bengals to pick up for the 2024 season.
During his four-year college career at LSU and Ohio State, Burrow recorded 650 completions on 945 pass attempts (68.8 percent) for 8,852 yards, 78 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions to go along with 258 rushing attempts for 820 yards (3.2 YPC) and 13 touchdowns.
