The Cincinnati Bengals have officially signed second-round pick WR Tee Higgins to a contract, according to his Twitter account.

Higgins, 21, was a two-year starter at Clemson and earned first-team All-ACC honors last season before being drafted with the No. 33 overall pick in the draft.
He’s projected to sign a four-year, $8,686,785 rookie contract that includes a $3,877,662 signing bonus.
During his three-year career at Clemson, Higgins recorded 135 receptions for 2,448 yards (18.1 YPC) and 27 touchdowns to go along with one rushing attempt for 36 yards and one touchdown.
