Pelissero adds that the Bengals are signing veteran LB LaRoy Reynolds to a contract.
Willis, 24, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2017. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $3.61 million contract and set to make a base salary of $754,750 for the 2019 season.

The Falcons signed Reynolds to a one-year contract for the 2017 and brought him back on another one-year, $1.3 million contract last year. Reynolds returned to the Eagles and played out the year in Philadelphia before signing a one-year deal with th 49ers this past May.
Reynolds wound up being among their final roster cuts.
In 2017, Reynolds appeared in nine games for the Falcons and recorded seven total tackles.
