Bengals Worked Out 10 Players Including DB Alex Carter & WR Moritz Boehringer

According to Howard Balzer, the Bengals brought in 10 free agents for workouts on Monday including DB Alex Carter and WR Moritz Boehringer.

The full list of tryouts includes:

1. WR C.J. Board
2. WR Moritz Boehringer
3. CB Alex Carter
4. CB Josh Thornton
5. QB Jerod Evans
6. QB Wes Lunt
7. TE Taylor McNamara
8. TE Wes Saxton
9. DE Pat O’Connor
10. RB Kelvin Taylor

Carter has worked out for a number of teams the past few weeks including the Bears, Patriots and Chiefs.

Carter, 22, is a former third-round pick of the Lions back in 2015. He was waived by the Lions at the start of last season and later signed to their practice squad before eventually being called up in December.

Unfortunately, the Lions elected to move on from Carter coming out of the preseason.

In 2016, Carter appeared in one game for the Lions but did not record a statistic.
