Bengals WR A.J. Green re-injured his foot during the second quarter of Sunday’s game and was taken off the field on a cart.
Green was attempting to run a route when he grabbed at his foot. It was a non-contact injury, so this is obviously a big concern for him.
The Bengals have already ruled Green out.
Green, 30, is a former first-round pick of the Bengals back in 2011. He’s currently in the fourth year of his five-year, $70.176 million contract that included $26.75 million guaranteed and set to make base salaries of $10.55 million and $11.97 million over the remainder of the agreement.
In 2018, Green has appeared eight games for the Bengals and caught 45 passes for 687 yards receiving and six touchdowns.
We’ll have more regarding Green as the news is available.
