The Bills activated RB Frank Gore from the NFI list ahead of their first practice of camp Thursday.
Gore’s stay on the NFI list was short, as the Bills placed him there just a few days ago.
Gore, 35, is a former third-round pick of the 49ers back in 2005. He spent 10 seasons in San Francisco before signing a three-year, $12 million contract that included $7.5 million guaranteed with the Colts back in 2015.
Gore played out the final year of his contract before agreeing to a one-year, $1.015 million contract with the Dolphins last year. He signed a two-year, $5 million deal with the Bills in 2019.
In 2018, Gore appeared in 14 games for the Dolphins and rushed for 722 yards on 156 carries (4.6 YPC) to go along with 12 receptions for 124 yards receiving and one touchdown.
