Bills Activate S Siran Neal & CB Ike Brown From COVID-19 List, Cut Two

The Bills announced they have activated S Siran Neal and CB Ike Brown from the COVID-19 list and have cut RB Antonio Williams and DE Jonathan Woodard.

The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.

Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.

Neal, 26, was drafted in the fifth round by the Bills out of Jacksonville State in 2018. He’s entering the third year of his four-year, $2.7 million rookie deal and is set to make a base salary of $750,000 in 2020.

In 2019, Neal appeared in 15 games for the Bills and recorded 35 total tackles and one forced fumble.
