Bills Claim LB Jeff Holland, Waive P Cory Carter

The Buffalo Bills announced Monday that they’ve claimed LB Jeff Holland off of waivers from the Cardinals and waived P Cory Carter.

Holland, 21, wound up going undrafted out of Auburn back in May of last year. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Broncos.

Denver elected to cut Holland loose coming out of the preseason before re-signing him to their practice squad. Unfortunately, the Broncos waived him a few weeks ago and he was later claimed by the Cardinals.

Arizona cut him loose on Monday.

In 2018, Holland appeared in three games for the Broncos and recorded six tackles and no sacks.
