Bills DT Harrison Phillips is out for the season after suffering an ACL tear during Sunday’s game.
You can expect the Bills to place him on injured reserve in the coming days and add someone to their roster.
The Bills are carrying defensive tackles Kyle Peko and Vincent Taylor on their practice squad, so one of them could be called up in the next few days.
Phillips, 23, is a former third-round pick of the Bills back in 2018. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $3,235,040 rookie contract and stands to make base salaries of $570,000 and $660,000 over the next two years of the agreement.
In 2019, Phillips appeared in three games for the Bills and recorded three tackles, a half sack and two pass defenses.
