The Buffalo Bills announced Sunday that they’ve re-signed WR Andre Roberts and S Dean Marlowe and placed G Jon Feliciano and WR Isaiah Hodgins on injured reserve.
Buffalo released Roberts as a part of cutdowns in order to have space to move other players to injured reserve. As a veteran, Roberts was not exposed to waivers.
Roberts, 32, is a former third-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2010. He played out his rookie contract in Arizona before signing a four-year, $16 million contract with the Redskins in 2014.
After two years in Washington, Roberts caught on with the Lions before signing a one-year, $1.8 million deal with the Falcons for the 2017 season. The Jets signed him to a one-year deal in March of 2018. He signed with the Bills in 2019.
In 2019, Roberts appeared in 13 games for the Bills and caught three passes for 20 yards receiving and rushed once for seven yards touchdown. He also totaled 664 kick return yards, 223 punt return yards and no touchdowns.
