Bills Sign CB Charles Gaines To Practice Squad

The Buffalo Bills announced that they’ve signed CB Charles Gaines to their practice squad on Wednesday.

Gaines, 23, is a former fifth-round pick of the Browns back in 2015. He was in the second year of his four-year, $2,402,136 contract when the Browns elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason.

Gaines spent a good portion of the 2015 season on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

In 2015, Gaines appeared in five games for the Browns and recorded 15 tackles, a forced fumble and two pass defenses.
