The Buffalo Bills announced Thursday that they’ve signed four draft picks to four-year contracts including fourth-round S Siran Neal, fifth-round G Wyatt Teller, sixth-round WR Ray-Ray McCloud III and seventh-round WR Austin Proehl.
The Bills have now signed half of their 2018 draft class.
