The Buffalo Bills announced Wednesday that they’ve signed TE Jim Dray to a contract following his recent visit.
It’s worth mentioning that signing to a contract wouldn’t factor into a team’s 2017 compensatory picks.
Dray, 29, is a former seventh-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2010. He played out his rookie contract with the team before signing a three-year deal with the Browns in 2014.
He was set to make a base salary ofย $1.775 million for the 2016 season when he released along with DT Randy Starks close to a month ago.
In 2015, Dray appeared in all 16 games for the Browns and caught six passes for 61 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
