Chris Mortensen reports that the Bills are signing former Raiders G Jon Feliciano to a two-year contract.
Feliciano, 27, is a former fourth-round pick by the Raiders in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Miami. He finished his four-year rookie contract and was testing the open market for the first time in his NFL career.
Feliciano eventually gained a starting role for the Raiders last year.
In 2018, Feliciano appeared in 13 games for the Raiders.
