Per Mike Rodak, the deal is for one year at $1.375 million. It appears that Alexander will also play linebacker for the Bills, as the team listed him as a linebacker in its announcement of the signing.
Alexander, 28, is a former fourth-round pick of the Rams back in 2014. He waived in 2017 to make room for WR Mike Thomas, who was reinstated from suspension.
The Seahawks signed Alexander to a contract last year only to release him coming out of the preseason. He returned to Seattle a few months later and finished out the year with the team.
Alexander is testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.
In 2018, Alexander appeared in nine games for the Seahawks and recorded nine tackles and no interceptions.
