Bills Waive DL Adolphus Washington

Adam Schefter reports that the Bills waived DL Adolphus Washington on Monday.

Last year, there were reports that Washington was available for trade and the Bills were looking for a late-round pick for him, so this doesn’t come as a big surprise.

Washington, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Bills back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $3.189 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $630,000 for the 2018 season.

In 2018, Washington has appeared in one game and recorded two tackles and no sacks for the Bills.
