Mike Klis reports that the Broncos are re-signing TE Jeff Heuerman to a two-year, $9 million contract.
Heuerman, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Broncos back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.945 million contract and made a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season.
Heuerman was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent in 2019.
In 2018, Heuerman appeared in 11 games for the Broncos and caught 31 passes for 281 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
