Browns Interviewing Ben McAdoo For Offensive Coordinator Job

Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the Browns are interviewing former Giants HC Ben McAdoo for their offensive coordinator job on Tuesday.

Browns HC Hue Jackson has discussed the possibility of hiring an offensive coordinator for the 2018 season after handling the responsibilities himself the first two years in Cleveland.

Other candidates for the job include former Titans HC Mike Mularkey and Texans QBs coach Sean Ryan.

McAdoo, 40, previously served as the Packers’ QBs coach before he was hired as the Giants’ offensive coordinator back in 2014 and eventually took over for HC Tom Coughlin two years later.

The Giants fired McAdoo towards the end of the regular season.

During his two years in charge of the team, McAdoo led them to a record of 13-15 (46.4 percent), which includes a playoff appearance last year.
