The Cleveland Browns announced Tuesday that they’ve placedย WR Rod Streater (neck) on injured reserve and waivedย LB James Burgess with an injury designation.
The Browns alsoย promoted WR Da’Mari Scott, LB Xavier Woodson-Luster to their active roster and signed OL Jake Eldrenkamp and WR Blake Jackson to their practice squad.

Streater, 30,ย wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Temple back in 2012. He’s spent four years with the Raiders beforeย signing a one-year,ย $810,000 contract withย $4 million inย incentives with the Chiefs.
The Chiefs later traded Streater and aย conditional 2019ย seventh-round pick to 49ers for aย conditional 2019ย seventh-round pick.ย The Bills signed him to a contract last year and brought him back on a futures contract only to release him as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
Streater signed on with the Browns last month, but was recentlyย diagnosed with a neck fracture.
In 2018, Streater appeared in all three games for the Browns and rushed for -11 yards on one carry.
