Small, 25, was taken in the seventh round of this year’s NFL Draft by the Seahawks, but he was unable to make the team’s final 53-man roster coming out of the preseason. The Browns later signed him to their practice squad.
Agnew, 23, signed on with the Browns as undrafted free agent out of Southern Illinois. He was able to make the Browns 53-man roster coming out of the preseason and is rated as the No. 12 fullback in the league among qualifying players, according to Pro Football Focus.
Over the course of six games, Agnew has ran for two yards on two carries and caught two passes for 15 yards.
