Browns Waive FB Joe Kerridge From Injured Reserve

The Cleveland Browns officially waived FB Joe Kerridge from injured reserve on Friday.

Kerridge, 27, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan back in May of 2017. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason before signing on to the Redskins’ practice squad.

Kerridge later caught on with the Packers and returned to Green Bay on a futures contract last year. The Browns signed him to a contract this past August before placing him on injured reserve at the start of the regular.

In 2017, Kerridge appeared in four games for the Packers.
