The Cleveland Browns waived TE Rob Housler from the injured reserve list on Tuesday, according to Scott Petrak.
Housler, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Cardinals who played out his rookie contract with the team. The Browns wound up signing him to a one-year, $1.76 million contract back in April, but he was placed on injured reserve just a few weeks ago.
This season, Housler has appeared in six games and recording just a single reception for six yards receiving for the Browns.
