Buccaneers CB Jude Adjei-Barimah has been suspended four games for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing drugs policy, according to Rick Stroud.
This means that Barimah will be eligible to return for the final two games of the regular season.
Adjei-Barimah, 24, wound up signing on with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent out of Bowling Green back in July of last year. He was waived coming out of the preseason but later signed to the team’s practice squad.
After a month on the taxi squad, the Buccaneers called Adjei-Barimah to their active roster.
In 2016, Adjei-Barimah has appeared in all 10 games and recorded 22 tackles, two sacks, no interceptions, a forced fumble and two pass defenses of the Buccaneers.
