The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Monday that they’ve re-signed veteran OL Adam Gettis.
Gettis, 29, is a former fifth-round pick by the Redskins in the 2012 NFL Draft. He had stints with the Steelers and Raiders during the three years he spent with the Giants.
New York brought Gettis back on a futures contract last January only to cut him loose in November. The Buccaneers later signed him to a contract in the final few weeks of the season, but declined to tender him a restricted offer a few weeks ago, making him an unrestricted free agent.
In 2016, Gettis appeared in three games for the Giants.
