According to Greg Auman, the Buccaneers reach injury settlements with WR Xavier Ubosi and DB Jalen Allison, releasing them both from injured reserve.
Both were waived with injury designations earlier this week and placed on injured reserve after they cleared waivers.
Ubosi, 25, initially signed with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of UAB. After the Patriots waived him in early May, he was claimed by the Jets.
However, after about a week, the Jets waived Ubosi as well. The Buccaneers signed Ubosi shortly after to be his third NFL team in as many weeks.
During his college career, Ubosi caught 48 passes for 1065 yards and nine touchdowns.
