Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Buccaneers hosted long snapper Brandon Hartson for a workout on Monday.
Harton, 25, originally signed on with the Bears as a free agency back in 2013. However, he lasted just a few weeks with the team before he was waived as the start of the regular season.
The Chiefs signed Hartson to a future/reserve contract in December of last year, only to place him on waivers back in April. Hartson wound up being claimed off of waivers by the Steelers the following day.
Hartson’s time in Pittsburgh was short lived, as he was placed on waivers a few weeks ago.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
