The Arizona Cardinals announced Monday that they’ve officially designated TE Maxx Williams to return from injured reserve and re-signed TE Evan Baylis to the practice squad.

Here’s the Cardinals updated practice squad:

  1. DT Trevon Coley
  2. RB D.J. Foster
  3. G Koda Martin
  4. WR A.J. Richardson
  5. LB Reggie Walker
  6. WR JoJo Ward
  7. LB Evan Weaver
  8. DB Jace Whittaker
  9. DL Michael Dogbe
  10. K Mike Nugent
  11. CB Prince Amukamara
  12. T Rick Leonard
  13. DE Reggie Gilbert
  14. RB Khalfani Muhammad
  15. DE Daniel Wise
  16. TE Evan Baylis

This opens a three-week window of time for the Cardinals to activate Williams from injured reserve and add him to their 53-man roster.

Williams, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Ravens back in 2015. Williams played out the final of his four-year, $4.052 million contract before agreeing to a one-year deal with the Cardinals in 2019.

Arizona later signed Williams to a two-year extension in November.

In 2019, Williams appeared in all 16 games for the Cardinals and caught 15 passes for 202 yards receiving and one touchdown.
