The Arizona Cardinals officially placed CB Carrington Byndom on waivers Tuesday to make room for CB Mike Jenkins, who was signed to a contract.
Byndom, 24, originally signed on with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of Texas back in 2014. He lasted just over a year with the team before he was waived at the start of the 2015 season.
After a brief stint with the Chargers, Byndom signed on to the Cardinals’ practice squad before returning on a future/reserve contract after the season concluded.
In 2014, Byndom appeared in three games and recorded a single tackle for the Panthers.
