The Arizona Cardinals officially waived rookie FB Austin Ramesh with a left squad designation on Thursday.
Ramesh wound up going undrafted out of Wisconsin following this year’s NFL draft. The Cardinals signed him to a three-year, $1,710,000 contract soon after.
During his four-year college career at Wisconsin, Ramesh rushed for 147 yards on 34 carries (4.3 YPC) to go along with 13 receptions for 130 yards receiving and six total touchdowns over the course of 25 games.
