Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Cardinals are waiving rookie S Marqui Christian on Tuesday.
Wilson mentions that it’s possible Christian could be claimed off of waivers tomorrow.
Christian, was taken in the fifth-round of this year’s draft by the Cardinals. He’s currently in the first year of his four-year, $2.55 million contract and set to make a base salary of $450,000 for the 2016 season.
Christian has yet to be active for an NFL game this year.
