Carolina Continues Spending By Re-signing LB Jon Beason

Pro Football Reports that the Carolina Panthers have re-signed LB Jon Beason to a five-year, $50 million extension which includes $25 million guaranteed.

It’s unbelievable how much the Carolina Panthers have done in regards to their roster in the last 72 hours. So far they signed DE Charles Johnson, RB DeAngelo Williams, LB Thomas Davis, LB James Anderson and K Olindo Mare and that is just the notable players.

Carolina is making every effort to lock up their young talent with the hope that it will eventually get them in front of the Saints and Falcons. It’s been very interesting to watch so far hopefully the on-the-field product is as interesting.
