Greg A. Bedard of the Boston Globe reports that, during the Patriots OTA’s, Deion Branch had to tell “had to tell [Chad Ochocinco] where to line up at one point, and then Ochocinco went offsides and had to run a lap.”
Ochocinco is already facing an uphill battle after the additions of WR’s Jabar Gaffney, Brandon Lloyd, Donte Stallworth, Anthony Gonzalez and Deion Branch. Last year, he only caught 15 passes, so the odds are strongly against him making the team. He’ll have to turn things around dramatically in the coming months before he can even feel comfortable about having a shot to make the Pat’s 53-man roster.
