The Los Angeles Chargers announced Wednesday that they’ve signed LB Malik Jefferson to their practice squad.

- LB Malik Jefferson
Jefferson, 23, is a former third-round pick by the Bengals back in 2017. He agreed to a four-year, $3,383,728 contract that includes a $923,728 signing bonus.
The Bengals waived Jefferson last year and he was later claimed by the Browns. He had a brief stint with the Chargers before catching on with the Titans for a few weeks this summer.
In 2019, Jefferson has appeared in nine games for the Browns and recorded one tackle.
During his three-year college career at Texas, Jefferson recorded 231 total tackles, 26 tackles for loss, 13 sacks, five pass defenses, one fumble recovery, and two forced fumbles.
