Bercovici, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Arizona State back in May of last year. However, he was unfortunately cut loose coming out of the preseason and was never signed to a practice squad during the year.
During his college career, Bercovici threw for 5,332 yards while completing 60.5 percent of his passes to go along with 42 touchdowns and 13 interceptions over the course of 28 games.
