Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Chargers are signing rookie C Erick Wren to a contract on Sunday.
Wren wound up going undrafted out of Oklahoma back in May. This will be his first opportunity with an NFL team.
During his college career at Oklahoma, Wren appeared in 29 total and made 24 starts over the course of three seasons. He was named All-Big 12 First Team as a Senior and was an honorable mention All-Big 12 as a junior.
