The Chiefs hosted Tiller for a visit a few months ago, but there wasn’t any reported interest in him until now.
Tiller, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Saints back in 2012. He lasted just over a year in New Orleans before he was waived and later signed to the Chargers’ practice squad a few weeks into the 2013 season.
Tiller spent less than a year with the Packers before he signed on to the 49ers’ practice squad during the 2014 season and has spent the past two and half years in San Francisco.
In 2016, Tiller appeared in 15 games for the 49ers and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 43 guard out of 72 qualifying players.
We had him featured in ourย Top 50 Available Free Agents list.
