The Indianapolis Colts announced Sunday that they’ve placed RB Jordan Wilkins on the COVID-19 list and promoted RB Darius Anderson to their active roster.
The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.
Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.
Wilkins, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Colts back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year rookie contract with Indianapolis.
In 2020, Wilkins has appeared in 15 games for the Colts and rushed for 308 yards on 84 carries (3.7 YPC) to go along with 12 receptions for 105 yards receiving and one touchdown.
