The Indianapolis Colts announced Thursday that they’ve signed DT Lyndon Johnson to their practice squad and released RB Bruce Anderson III from the unit.
Here’s the Colts updated practice squad:

- OT Jackson Barton
- WR Chad Williams
- QB Chad Kelly
- DE Gerri Green
- CB Deante Burton
- WR Marcus Johnson
- TE Ian Bunting
- DT Lyndon Johnson
Johnson, 25, was signed by the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Cincinnati in 2018. He was unfortunately released at the end of the preseason during final roster cuts.
Johnson caught on with the Jaguars’ practice squad and was signed to the active roster late in the season. He returned to Jacksonville in July but was waived at the start of the regular season.
In 2018, Johnson appeared in three games and recorded two total tackles, one tackle for loss and no sacks.
