The Indianapolis Colts announced Tuesday that they’ve signed P Rigoberto Sanchez to a contract extension.

Per Field Yates, the deal is for four years and $11.6 million with $3 million guaranteed. Sanchez is now under contract for five years and $12.245 million.
Sanchez, 24, wound up signing on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Hawaii back in 2017. He was entering the final year of his three-year, $1.66 million contract and set to make a base salary of $645,000 for the 2019 season.
In 2018, Sanchez appeared in all 16 games for the Colts and totaled 2,629 yards on 57 attempts (46.1 YPA) to go along with 24 punts downed inside the 20-yard line.
