Colts HC Chuck Pagano announced Wednesday that WR Donte Moncrief has a fractured scapula and will be out 4-6 weeks.
This explains the team’s decision to sign Devin Street off of the Patriots’ practice squad this morning.
Moncrief, 23, is a former third-round pick of the Colts back in 2014. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.745 million contract and set to make a base salary of $615,000 for the 2016 season.
This year, Moncrief has appeared in two games and caught seven passes for 73 yards receiving and one touchdown for the Colts.
We’ll have more regarding Moncrief and his timetable as the news is available.
